Preparation:
For one serving, add 20 - 30g powder (approx. 2-3 tablespoons) to 300 ml water, oat milk or coconut drink and shake in a shaker. If more satiety is required and fatigue is not a problem, you can mix with dairy products. These range from skimmed milk and yoghurt to buttermilk or kefir.

Hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, acidifier (citric acid), flavouring, colouring food (hibiscus flower extract), sweetener (sucralose), colouring (carotene)
